This dealership really does have an exceptional service department. I just had my 2014 981 in for its annual service. Seven years and 40,000 miles after buying it from them, I still take it back for all the car’s service work. On this visit, as in the past, they diagnosed issues quickly and addressed them expertly. As always, they communicated and described proposed work and prices well, and as a result, the bill doesn’t contain unpleasant surprises. And when I picked the car up, it was impossible to tell that panels had been opened up, and things pulled apart. The only clue that work was done is that the car is like new again. How often can we say that about having our cars in the shop? I take pride in maintaining the car, and the excellent technicians at Towson seem to share that pride. I feel that the quality of their service will only enhance the value of this car into the future.
