I go to this marvelous place once a month because I love the special atmosphere that is part of this place. The team is extremely loyal and qualified. The service is deeply efficient. Not to mention, the food they prepare is exceptionaly good. I have been there many times and I was always happy. The pay is decent. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
The Peruvian food and ambience were great, All the workers wore face masks and the social distancing was evident. However when we got bill, they charged a \check out fee\. I've never heard of such a fee. I've dined in the area before but never paid a fee. Is this due to the pandemic? Did the county pass new regulations that allows this fee in restaurants?The food and drinks bill was about 104 which is reasonable for 3 people. The fee was only 3.53 but it's the principal of it. They should at least let customer know when they are seated or show the fee on the menu rather than be surprised when the bill comes. If it's because I paid with a credit card, the patron(s) should be made aware of it and given the option to pay cash. I paid it with my credit card but subtracted the same amount from the tip...Smdh...
The female servers have the nastiest attitude! Too many negative experiences. To the owner of this establishment: FIRE YOUR FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF, HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY LIKE THEIR JOB AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
Food is really good. It gas authenticity with a slight twist of modern touch. Happy hour specials are worth the deal. Great place for good food
