I called to purchase a gift card over the phone for my friends that have reservations tonight for their Anniversary. A huge shout out to the young lady (Sophie) for going above and beyond to help me! She was extremely courteous and kind. She is the kind of bright spirit this world needs in this day and time!

I consider myself a customer service guru. Your restaurant came w high reviews. My expectations were high. As we were quickly escorted to the back of your place it was noted many open dining spots. We were seated in the very back looking at the back door. There were at least 10 other open tables in this back room. No ambiance. Worst seat in the restaurant. There are 4 terrible seat in a restaurant. By the bathroom the kitchen tee front door and the back exit. If the waitress had asked us if it was our first time there she should have shown us to a table that would show your stuff. The waitress is the gatekeeper to a fine dining experience. Usually doesn't start with looking at the back door. I ordered a house salad and a loaded potatoes as I intended to share my husband's entree. I told the waitress I was not a big eater. The house salad comes and it is not attractive. Brown wilted and bland looking. Nothing crisp and fresh looking. And it would have get 3 people. Then the potato is served on a saucer. Not enough room to open the potato without it falling all over the table. Which is just what it did. So I mostly ate it off the table and hoped someone had sanitized. The waitress was nice but did not serve our needs. I still can't get over her sitting us by the back door. Definitely not a 45plate dinner. I will not be coming back and will share my experience. You only get one chance to make that good impression.
Outstanding Steakhouse and exceptional customer service! Always goes above and beyond. Honestly believe this is the #1 steakhouse in Wilmington! Servers are very knowledgeable of the menus and very attentive to the service. Food, is always on point.
Always quality experience when you go to the Chop House. It's always clean, nice space, good clientele and great things on the menu. I got the chicken marsala with my side being the cream of spinach, it was delicious! also had a cup of the crab bisque it was awesome. You can't go wrong so I can the Chop House for a meeting a lunch meeting for special dinner!
