I like *most* of the staff here but good gracious these people never answer their phone! I had to cancel my sons 18 month wellness check due to personal reasons. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back so I could reschedule and they never called back. I’ve called multiple times during the last few weeks and they still have not answered or called me back! My son is now 19 months old and still hasn’t had his 18 month wellness check. I would have given them a pass because I’m sure they’ve been busy with Covid and what not, but this same exact situation happened at his 12 month wellness check. So I guess as long as you never have to cancel an appointment you’re golden! I’m switching pediatricians today.

Dr. Sarah Jensen is the best! She has been my son's pediatrician since birth and I could not be happier. Very compassionate and supportive of breastfeeding. I had a rough start with building up my milk supply and she didn't try to pressure me into switching my son to formula like many other pediatricians would. I was able to get my milk supply up and I am now nursing him still at 15 months. I'd also reccomend Carlos, he was great with my son.The front desk staff is always very warm and friendly, as well.

Every time I go into the office the staff is so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile, feel welcomed, and I know I am in good, safe hands when I am there. The doctors are fantastic at their jobs, and the nurses are great a well. 10 out of 10 would recommend their services for anyone wanting the best care for the ones they love the most.

This office was closed for “sick patients” from mid-March 2020 through the end of June 2020. Strongly consider if you want to have your children with an office who closes when you need them the most. Telehealth is not a viable alternative for ill children.

We were driving to Ohio from Colorado last year for my mother in law's funeral. Our son was 8 months and on the way there....it looked like he got pink eye. We were in a tizzy because we didn't know what to do or where we were. Plus it was about closing time for everywhere around. When we called the staff was great, checked that they took our insurance, and the doctor who saw our son was awesome, noting he had pink eye and an ear infection. Today we got a call asking if he was still a patient there. Totally get it. When my spouse explained that we were driving through and he was really sick when we stopped. Whoever called responded by saying that they weren't a walk in clinic. Ummm what? I get that but we called, the office agreed to help us and said we were welcome back if we had any issues during our drives, and they got their money. Maybe it's because I'm pregnant but that was very rude to me. Thanks for taking care of our son when needed but that comment was uncalled for.
