I recently bought my dream car, a used-new 2020 MX5 from Prime Mazda and they made the process as accommodating as they possibly could. Due to the virus and other various reasons I could not go to the dealer ship to buy or pickup the car. They bent over backwards to make the experience as painless as possible for me. They were also able to register the car for me and deliver the car to me in a very short amount of time. I would like to point out the great sales person I worked with, Harshene. He was very patient with me during the whole process.

I was very happy customer for 6 years leasing from Prime Mazda Gallery in Norwood. At the end of my 2nd 3-year lease, I no longer needed a new lease and wanted to end my contract 1 month early. Doug Clark ensured my return process was easy and I was not required to pay my last month's payment and the return fee was also voided! I would recommend going to this location even if it is a little out of the way. Doug will work with you to get the best deal and make the process as easy as possible!

I bought a new Mazda 3 for this dealership a month ago. On the original quote they said the mileage was 3. When I got the car the odometer was 100 (I'm not sure if it was just a coincident but they configured the display in the car to not show the odometer. Took me a few minutes to figure out that I have to change the settings to show the odometer). I called and they said it was a mistake. They said they would give me a free maintenance and reimburse me carfax check as compensation. They said they would send the check and coupon right away. They didn't. I waited three weeks and called them again. Again they said they would send those to me right away. I waited one week and again they didn't give me anything. The whole process was so irritating.--UPDATE: 3 minutes after this review was posted, Mr. Lambrou the general sales manager responded saying he was going to step in. It's been 3 weeks since then and nothing has happened. Fascinating...

I love my new Mazda CX 5 Touring! I would recommend this dealership to others as well as talking to the sales man, Wayne Xides. Mr. Xides knew what he was talking about and was not pushy or overbearing.
