Patriot has a very friendly staff and they provide a safe and clean environment to wait on your vehicle to be serviced. This is my second oil change here with the truck I bought from them and I am well pleased.
My wife and I really appreciated Russ Goddard's no-pressure approach when we looked at a new vehicle purchase. This was our first visit to Patriot Chevrolet (we drove from Mt. Vernon, Indiana), and we would absolutely buy a vehicle from Patriot again. We've already recommended Patriot to our family members. This was the first truck in 15 years. I bought my first truck (2001 Chevy S10) in 2006. I drove by Patriot on 2/2 and spoke with Bradley Black. Bradley is very truthful, helpful, honest, no BS and a no pressure person. I came back up on 2/6 and after 3 different vehicle test drives, I bought a 2019 GMC Canyon. Brad and the patriot team worked with me to get the correct price and payments that would fit for me. I told Brad, I will always come back to Patriot, and will ONLY deal with Brad. If you need/want/would like to look at a vehicle, speak with Brad.
This is the only GM dealership that I will go to in the future and Louie Campbell will be my go to salesman to getting me in my future GM vehicles.
