My son loves coming here! He was a little nervous at the outset but the staff is awesome at making him feel comfortable and supported. We’ve been coming here for 3 months and my 10 year old is not only getting stronger and fitter; but also more confident!

My son just turned 8 and his personal trainer had moved on to other things. I was very skeptical about High intensity training. The staff was great! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My son has been training for 2 years and this is the most tired he has ever been! Great way to get a jump start on any seasonal sport or just to keep the kids active and in shape during the winter when its cold!!!!

Corey and his crew do a great job with kids. My 10 year old and 8 year old loved the workouts. Corey did a great job of helping the kids understand what they were doing and made sure their form was correct. The workouts are challenging, but fun and the atmosphere is very up beat. Great value for for your dollar.

Very fun. Very athletic. I highly recommend! 100%. Both trainers are amazing! They are also very funny. So that adds a lot of fun into it! They also have cool shoes. They give good advice too.

My 10-year-old son really enjoys going weekly. Has done a great job with his agility and strength training. The best part about it is my son thinks it’s so fun, so he’s able to get work in, become better athlete while having fun enjoying himself.
