I bought my prodrive motor On April 4,2019 after doing plenty of research who had the best shallow drive motor and today while heading back after checking lines my clutch started slipping took it out the water made a call to prodrive and talked with Scott about what it was doing he asked when I purchased it, he did told me it had a 1 year warranty needless to say my heart kind of sank cause I don’t have the extra money right now to get it fixed but he asked when could bring it to him and he would get a mechanic on it and take care of it for me so I took off for a 64 mile road trip to them Scott backed it in the shop and Erick jumped right on it and got the clutch changed and also fixed another problem I had in about a lil over a hour I was on the road headed back to the camp to finish spending time with my family and catching fish on the river... Thank y’all for building a great motor and great customer services looking forward to my next prodrive purchase

I personally own a prodrive. I love the motor and the performance of it, but what makes it more enjoyable is the customer service and customer satisfaction the guys strive to obtain. They go as far as giving their own personal cell numbers out to communicate with you and send pictures back and forth or whatever method necessary to help, whether it’s troubleshooting or just basic informative question answering to make sure the customer is taken care of. It’s nice to call and say I need a part and they have it in stock and shipped out same day like a large corporation would do, but it’s even better not dealing with a phone tree or some automated system. You’re going to talk to someone within 3 minutes of calling that is very knowledgeable who has designed and work on the motors! Great work Susie, Scott, Travis, KP, and the rest of the family down there! Jacob B.
