The doctor was incredibly nice and informative. The receptionist was very nice as well. It turns out my hearing is good, so I don't need to return. But I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help!

Like many senior citizens, my father struggles with his hearing. He originally visited a General Practitioner and they fitted him with generic devices that ultimately, were not calibrated or adjusted to his level of hearing loss. They offered only what his 'coverage' allowed. After learning about Dr. Rauch's practice, we scheduled a visit. The staff was very polite, helpful and very accommodating. Dr. Rauch spent a considerable amount of time and effort during her examination understanding my father's abilities and potential for improvement. We never felt rushed as she carefully explained what she found and the professional options for improving his hearing. Her care for him as a person and not just a patient were very thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Rauch for her attention to detail and truly helpful advice.

This is a great office! Dr. Rauch was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything to me and walked me through what would be happening during my appointment.
