Found another company after I waited a week and then told they could not help me. I have been working with them for almost 10 years until this Thompson company took over and nothing but problems since. Switching up the price without saying anything, not showing up when scheduled, trying to fill my tanks up when not asked, different answers every time I call for a fill up. The new company I found was also more reasonably priced. We used to have a term for places like this that move into an area to exploit people from somewhere they are not even from. It is called Carpetbaggers!

Out with the old and in with the new. We couldn't be happier with Propane Northwest - Tacoma. We have been planning to change suppliers for several months and waiting for the tanks to get almost empty. We waited too long on Grandma's tank which left her with no heat, hot water or range on a Thursday evening. A call first thing Friday morning and we received an immediate response with 2 tanks installed and hooked up within two hours of calling. Miles is an expert and deftly navigated the old tanks out, site prep and new tanks in without damaging the greenhouse or trees. He is very professional and a true expert in every way. Keana provides great office support and his very responsive and helpful. 5 stars for a job well done.

We are so pleased with the service that Propane NW has provided. We made the right decision to have them replace the tank we had from another company that charged over 6.00 per gallon! My first mistake was going with the other company 1st. Now all is well. Thank you Steve L. Spanaway

Awful customer service and sky high prices. In the couple years we had them we never paid less than 3 a gallon. We just switched companies today and the company we are with now charges 2.09 a gallon. Almost a dollar cheaper. That adds up when you are getting 80-100 gallons at a time. We called propane nw to come get their tank and they want to charge us 99 to come and get it. Hell no. Then won’t refund what’s remaining in my tank (12 gallons) or my 6 months that I had left on my tank rental. Stay far far away from this company. They are out for money and nothing else.
