I absolutely love this place. Dr Maguire fixed my smile and my bite where no other could have done it like him. Great atmosphere and always so friendly. I’d give 10 stars, if it were an option.

Great Customer Service. ** Open Saturdays** Professional, Personable & Experienced staff who are Great with Children! I had the pleasure of bringing my 11 year-old son to see Dr. McGuire for a consultation. We recently moved from TX and finding an Orthodontist who was familiar with southern charm (genuine kindness) was important. Dr. McGuire and his team are very personable! I felt very comfortable with the decision to move forward with braces for my son. Not only are they OPEN SATURDAYS, but they utilize state of the art equipment to make the visit as seamless and comfortable as possible. (The 3D imaging camera they used to capture photos of my son's teeth was amazing. No messy molds or long waits!) After my son's visit, they offered him a cool toy from their treasure chest. Even though my daughter (7 years old) was not a patient, they allowed her to pull a toy too. That kind gesture made her day! Overall, the pain for my son has been very minimal. He has specialized passive self-ligating braces with turbos on either side. He had one bracket fall off and we were able to get him in quickly for reattachment and at no extra charge. Dr. McGuire, Dixie and Melaney are a great team to work with. If you're looking for an accomplished Orthodontist who truly cares, who can answer the tough questions and develop a suitable payment plan, then I highly recommend going to ProSmiles. The only downside is that the office building is new, so, they still need to add benches for parents who want to sit and watch their kiddos (however, in the interim, the doctor personally brought over chairs from his waiting area so that my daughter and I could sit and watch my son's process- that was nice).

“Doc is the best! Super nice and Very Knowledgeable. If you have a problem he will go above and beyond to fix it. His work speaks amazing volume. Front and back office is super sweet, super nice and carrying. They have become family. Absolutely recommended them 100% .

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the services. The level of service is superb! The atmosphere reminds me of my parents kitchen on thanksgiving, nice music plays as we sing an hum while cooking a gourmet meal for loved ones. The office has a beautiful warmth that is inviting the moment you walk into the door. The staff is a reflection of the wonderful extraordinary leader Dr. McGuire. This office is out of my insurance network but the price is reasonable and is worth it. I look forward to every monthly visit!

I had a great experience getting braces from prosmiles . Good vibes as soon as you walk in the door. The office is pretty trendy and up to times. They always have good music playing and candles lit. The staff is very friendly. The front desk were always able to accommodate my schedule and get me in right away. I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. The were always on time getting me back and taken care of. I only had my braces on for a little over a year and my smile looks great. They typically have awesome deals to help with the cost unlike other offices. I highly recommend this place!
