This is my go-to restaurant when I’m in Pueblo. I like their Italian sausage & green chili. I’ve never had a bad experience, except for today, 4/21/21 for breakfast. There was a cook I’d never seen before. She did not prepare my food at all like the regular chef. My food was not fully cooked, my portion was about half of what it normally was, and we both felt like we got food poisoning. I pulled over on my way home and vomited . My husband vomited when we got home. Like I said, this place has been 5 stars consistently for years. I’m only posting this because I feel that the owners will learn this and correct the issue. I’ll come back and revise my review, but please fix this.

Great little stop We enjoyed this stop on our road trip. Ordered the most popular item recommended. These Great little Italian Sausage Sandwiches were tasty and fun. Will come again.
This was my first time in the area and I decided to stop. This is the real homemade food resteraunt! They also sell home made s a sausages, ground beef and cheeses to take home and cook yourself. This is the place to go if you also need authentic spices and seasoning. Comfort Italian style and fantastic green chillis. Worth your trip off the beaten path.

Fabulous place to eat and the best green chilli I've ever had. Lisa Musso was very friendly and so willing to answer are many questions as well as bring us samples before we ordered. Will diffentally be back soon.
My wife and I had lunch there Saturday. We ordered togo and had a little picnic in the nice weather. My fergettaboutit was delicious! The Italian sausage doesn't have a lot of anise but just enough and it was a little spicy. I like spicy food but it was a little too much for my wife who had a Sicilian. She was still able to eat it though and she is a real light weight when it comes to spicy food. Hope to go by for another one next time I am in the area.
One of the best Italian Sausage Sandwiches you can get. Worth the drive no matter where you are coming from.
