My fiancee kept our dogs at Puppy Luv while we had to travel out of town this past summer. As I was weary, all anxiety disappeared upon our arrival home.The dogs not only had a great time, but took a particular shine to one employee, Brittany. It was clear that she sincerely cares about each individual family member left in the care of Puppy Luv.

My Wife and I absolutely LOVE this place and so does our dog skittles. I will admit that we were apprehensive when we left our dog here the first time but that is only because we love our dog as part of our family. Ms. Sonya made us feel at ease and sent us text and picture updates every day of our trip to let us know how our dog was doing. I honestly feel that Ms. Sonya treats our dog as one of her own and that makes me feel great. I have no idea what the few negative reviews are about or why they are on here but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ms. Sonya is not the type of person who will suck up to her customers and tell you lies about what you want to hear. She tells you the unfiltered truth and maybe that comes off as rude or harsh to some people but I LOVE it. She is a real person. She does operate her business out of her home but that is what makes it so absolutely wonderful. My dog is at her second home here with all of the comforts and fun. My dog freaks out with excitement when we get about a mile from this place and she runs in and runs back with the other dogs and completely seems to forget about me. She loves it here. I have been searching for a place like this for two years and have finally found it. We drive 40 minutes out of our way to drop off our dog here. I took my dog to be boarded at a "normal business location" and she sat in a small room by herself all day long expect for the 15 minutes of play time a day. I would take Puppy Luv Farms over that any day. Thank you Ms. Sonya Sean And Liz and Skittles

I frequently take advantage of the awesome service of PLF. My dog Bella absolutely loves her stays there and it means I don't have to worry about her when I travel for work or otherwise. Since frequenting there she has also calmed her behavior with smaller dogs and learned more of what is acceptable when she is the biggest dog in the room. I have brought her there for over 2 weeks before and it is worth every penny.

[Dear PLF, I had to add that I am not the one who you said "someone who abandoned his dog". You probably are confused with someone else and I am sad to hear you might have treated some other person like how you treated me.] I trusted the reviews over here and on Facebook. Choosing this place as dog boarding was the worst choice I've ever made. My dogs always got sick, brought fleas and ticks after they stayed there, whereas we have never experienced in any other boarding places. The woman who claims to be the "CEO" of this boarding never likes to be questioned about anything. Very first reaction of her for any question is to be rude, to yell, and to put you down as a moron. You will never get any clear answer why your dog suddenly got sick, why you have more bills than you've expected, or why your dog has ticks and scars over his body. She is not serious about the business mentioning "This (pet boarding) has to be worth my time to fool with." which made me think that she only cares about money, not the customer or dogs. She even added "20 late reservation fees" and "20 hourly rate to clean up feces" in the bill which I had no idea where it came from (it is not written in their policy either. She just ripped me off.). This is why I do not go there again and I will never. I can see the owner or whoever replies to all of the bad reviews, and I am pretty sure he/she will write BS to cover up their own fault or even say I am not their real customer. Or even say like my dogs were behaving bad. I keep all of the records and invoices and my dogs have a perfect reputation in every other boarding places. It is your choice to go to this place or not, but there are better options. Many customers have a good experience here just as I used to have long time ago. But you can be as unfortunate as I am, having terrible experience with the owner or whatever after all.

We recently boarded our dog with Sona. The morning before we dropped him off he got skunked directly in the face. While we were gone Sona noticed his breath had a terrible smell and was concerned that he might have also been sprayed in the mouth. Being proactive and caring she contacted our vet and the vet recommended antibiotics, which she got. That is the kind of person you want taking care of your dog. Someone who is going to watch out for their well-being. Thanks Sona, and Max thanks you. Also your new facility rocks. Plenty of room for the dogs to roam.

My dog goes to PLF twice a week for doggy daycare. He loves going to play with the other dogs but he also loves seeing Sonja too. Chester has a health issues and is on a special diet which was not an issue with Sonja. Chester comes homes from PLF and is exhausted from all the playing and from getting to go on a 2 mile walk. PLF is the best!

dog love going there, had a new puppy and she ended up be very well socialized after being at puppy Luv only a couple of times. They sleep well when they come home from the farm.
