Drinks are good but the Chinese guys working there definitely have zero customer service training. But that's to be expected they don't know better. If you go here get a bubble tea -enjoy it, but don't try to bother these Chinese guys too much. They seem to be in their own world.

Wonderful customer service! I came around 11:15 on December 24th, and there was an incidence of miscommunication. The two guys who were working handled customer agitation and maintained open communication. Their professionalism was outstanding. I hope their professionalism gets recognized by the owner because they expertly handled a tricky situation.

When my husband and I heard that Coco Fresh Tea & Juice reopened their Fresh meadow park location, we were super excited and couldn’t wait to visit. We were there at around 12:00pm on Saturday 5/2 and there was already a line by the entrance. They only allowed one group of customers entered and ordered at a time which was good to keep social distance. The staff was friendly, patient and served everything quickly. We ordered 3 different drinks and they were delicious especially the lava pearl latte.

they were running a sale on Thai tea - BOGO free - so I had to collect! staff is always pleasant and helpful. they are good about masks and contactless payment. their tea is always fresh and good. the bubbles are sweet and luscious. recommend!

If you ever had a good impression about these staffs being friendly, then you need to get your brain tested. Bad attitudes are the only good compliments I can give to these people work here. My wife and I were touring around the neighborhood for a mood of bubble tea.. The chubby Owner with glasses was coming out while we were carrying our 1 year old son in my back approaching the door, guy didn't even bother to hold the door, slam it right close to catch up with his Chinese buddy in the white camaro. Attitude was so bad like has no human feelings on respecting customer even a family. We were not greeted and not allowed to bring our bicycles in door even though it's in NYC and dark outside. Someone almost stole my bike, lucky I rushed out. And don't even bother with the drinks. They use dirty sink water and expired jellys during corona time.
