As a 2 company owner myself I am well aware and extremely well versed in CUSTOMER SERVICE which in today’s world is getting worse and worse . But then you still find companies that thrive because THEY have TREMENDOUS INCREDIBLY talented employees like Allen!! The whole experience was awesome!! The internet sales person Penny reached out to inform me that one vehicle I was interested in had been sold, but she immediately told me about 2 other options they had just gotten in. She connected me with my sales person Tim and he was awesome as well. Tim made the whole process super easy. We did all of the price negotiations and financing over the phone and via text. The process was super easy and very thorough. Tim even offered to drive over an hour to bring the vehicle to us to test drive. We decided to go to the dealership instead and since all negotiations were already done, we were in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend this dealership. We are very pleased with the awesome customer service, friendliness and quick service. Job well done Radley Cadillac, Tim and Penny. We are happy customers

I decided to buy a new car on a whim while down in Virginia for an unrelated matter. I live in New York. After looking for a Cadillac XT5, we found a great deal on a new, rollover model at Radley. I called the dealership at 9 that morning when they opened and inquired about the vehicle. Penny was excellent and explained that she would pull the vehicle from the lot so that it didn't sell while we took care of other matters. Before we left to head to the dealership, my husband reminded me that the title to my current Cadillac was back home in New York. I texted Penny that I didn't have my title. She replied instantly letting me know that wouldn't be a problem. The vehicle was ready for us when we arrived, as promised. Todd walked us through every part of the vehicle and the ins and outs. He spent so much extra time with us and answering all of our questions. Ryan in the finance department was wonderful to work with as well. All around great experience. I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism displayed by this dealership. Their facilities were immaculate and every staff interaction was pleasant. I would definitely drive from New York to Virginia again when I am ready for a new Cadillac.
