This tour was more than what we could have ever expected my family of 14 did the lower pigeon family float trip which was still exciting for both the kids and adults we had a chance to jump in and raft some level twos. Our tour guide Mason was amazing attentive help me back in the boat when I just couldn’t do it :-) I will be forever thankful to the entire team for a great day rafting!!!!...

My husband and I went whitewater rafting! Our tour guide name was John. He said this was his 32nd season, which is awesome! We really really enjoyed it! He was super knowledgeable, informative, and he is very experienced. His dedication and passion to his work and the company is unmatchable. This company is very lucky to have him as a tour guide. He is an asset! Thanks for making our experience unforgettable and amazing!
Wow wow wow was our main comment afterward! We truly had an adventure. Our guide Julia made it safe and fun for our boat of first time rafters. She took it easy on us and guided us through the rapids with ease and comfort. We’ll be ready for anything NEXT TIME. we have decided rafting is something we will do on every trip now! And we will of course only use Rafting in the Smokies!
This place was amazing we got the upper white water rafting and zip line course. Our guides on both were amazing. Dustin and Austin were great they made our zipping experience full of laughs and fun. White water rafting was amazing. We head jeff as the leader and heather was our guide. She was so knowledgeable and told us so much about the area and the water. She has us go side ways in the water to get more wet and we got to go surfing in the rapids is was amazing. I seriously recommend them. Best staff ever and a great over all experience.
5 stars for our very fun and trustworthy guide Houston! He was fantastic!!! At first, I was worried because he’s one of the younger ones but boy was I completely wrong! He knows the water and how to have fun while keeping everyone safe! I told him about my anxiety and he made sure we had fun but safely and no one fell in! But if you want to fall in, I know he can make that happen too! My 4 teens loved him and his jokes and wild side made everything more fun! Get ready for a comedy show too. He’s FULL of jokes and stories! Traveling down the river was the most fun we had all week! Thanks again Houston! And make sure to eat next door at the Bean restaurant...home made cooking and great atmosphere!
