We originally purchased our trampoline from Steve a few years ago. Great experience but now that we need to move, they can care less about you. Spoke with Joel on 2/23 who quoted 399 take down/setup and additional 50 outside a 20 mile move. I was happy to be able to have them move the system since we felt great about the purchase and how it was originally installed. I verbally told him yes but wanted to check with my husband. Come to find out when I called back, they want to charge me another 150 because their pricing has changed. Joel then back peddles and tells me he wish he could honor the pricing but he did have my credit card information. Then he goes on about how this is their busy season. We end the conversations that he would speak with Steve and get back with me on the original pricing. Needless to say....no call back from either Steve or Joel. I would NEVER recommend this company. Why would you not honor your original quote especially when you remembered talking with me.

I am so happy with the purchase of my Rainbow Play System! It is a great value for absolutely everything that my kids wanted on their set and it’s super sturdy and very high quality. The customer service was top notch. hey got delayed coming to install the set and they called to let me know what was happening, and still got everything set up quickly and without leaving a mess (even though the lawn was wet!).
