We bought a very large, commercial-grade Playsystem from them in 2014 when we lived in the fox cities. It’s still in amazing condition and our kids play on it year round. We have stained it a few times but very low maintenance overall. We now live over an hour south of this store. This year, we bought a jump free trampoline. Amazing customer service from the owners. We drove to this rainbow because our local rainbow dealer was rude when we called with questions about the trampolines. Highly recommend this store!

Excellent company. They helped us assemble our (10-15 year old) Rainbow swingset when it was moved from out of state. We have also purchased replacement ropes, rocks, and swings for our swingset from them and they have made the transactions very easy and smooth. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend. A. Great experience all around. Tricia was very helpful without being high pressure. Grand kids love the playset! Only complaint I have is grand kids needing pushes on the swings! LOL Absolutely worth the money .

5 per walking child, to play. It's a great activity for a low cost with no time limit.
Save your money and purchase a play set at Menards for around 800 instead of giving them 2400. If you ever have any issues with your play set they pull the "act of God" card on you. Said the unit could withstand hurricane force winds but ours got destroyed by 55 MPH winds. We only had the unit for 3 months and they said they could "sell" us the parts we needed. Everyone in our neighborhood said it sounds like a cash grab. I will always discourage people from buying a rainbow play set as they seem to not want to help people out when they have issues.
