We were somewhat late in deciding to have an estate sale. We contacted Marie Knight and she arranged to see us right away. Once we reached an agreement Marie and her team jumped right in to organize what we had and get everything priced. The sale was two days and the team got everything sold and moved out of the house. We were really glad for their help and can highly recommend Grandma's Estate Services.

I've always had a wonderful experience shopping at Grandma's sales and have found the folks who work here to be extremely helpful and trustworthy. I'm aware, like many estate sale companies, that they are looking out for their clients who are typically selling their possessions because of sensitive situations. It's customary to get better deals on the last day of the sale, just like a most estate sales, but if you want to secure the good stuff, you should really try to show up on the first day. All in all, these sales are a great way to find unique and one-of-a-kind items for a great deal and in an environmentally-friendly way that helps people who could use the profits from the sale to move on with their lives. It's a win-win for everyone!

I went to an estate sale they did recently. Apparently Friday and Saturday are normal pricing, which imo was very high. Not expecting yard sale prices or anything, but many product offerings could be bought new for close to the pricing they had. On Sundays, they advertised half off, which was about where the pricing should have been anyway. My real issue was the employees were walking around on Sunday telling folks everything was half price and they were looking to make some deals. I picked up several items and offered a bit less than 50% off, and they said to me, You must be joking, totaled up the bill and told me the price. I put most of it back because they became untrustworthy to me. Bottom line pricing is high, then they reduce by half on Sundays. Any barking about making deals is simply a lie. I dont trust folks who lie
