Time after time after time again continuous disasters in the service department. Mason who I’m assuming is the manager is thorough and professional. I spent a lot of money with this place in the customer service continues to be very very subpar and extremely disappointing. I really want to support these guys but I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future.

These guys are outstanding, especially Sev. I purchased a left over new 2019 motorcycle from Team Powersports and Sev made the entire experience very favorable and easy to accomplish. I also had new tires put on, because I don't care for the stock tires that came with the bike. The service department got them on quickly and efficiently. You can't lose with this motorcycle dealership. They are professional and diligent and most importantly credible and transparent.

My son called me to accompany him at Team PowerSports because he came across his dream ! He already purchased a GXSR 600 a few months before as his starter and felt a little gluttonous for wanting to upgrade so soon. Upon arrival, I could see his nerves as he had already engaged in discussion with Sarah and Jared. This was his first big purchase of this caliber and he wanted my opinion and advice. Ultimately and in hindsight, he really didn’t need me there because Sarah and Jared provided a no pressure buying experience. They each connected with him on a personal level as we awaited financing decisions. And even with other customers we did not feel neglected, even when my son was still trying to decide if he wanted to move forward. Kathy explained the terms of the contract with every detail and answered all of our questions, even the silly ones. She even gave him some lotion despite the pandemic...seems a small gesture, but it was just another testament to the customer service we experienced. This was like no other buying experience I have had: the salespeople are usually pushy, they don’t give you all the relevant details and you leave wondering if you made the right decision. Although I wasn’t the buyer, I left feeling proud of my son for making his own decision, feeling like the bike was quality and knowing I would certainly be back when I was ready to upgrade my !
