Our water looks like tea! Seen 4 trucks yesterday they were just riding up and down the road. We have a fire hydrant right around the corner and a meter in front of our house they wasn’t flushing nothing. I called she said they was flushing our lines. No way! Don’t feel safe to drink or bath!! I think the health department needs to check it out! I have pics.

Water shut off due to no payment. Just moved in to the place, without mail box installed just yet I didn't even get a warning saying it would be. Have before but not this time. 100 bucks more to get it back on. You are kidding me right?
Absolutly terrible customer service. Half the time the water comes out of the tap brown. When I called about it, they said nothing could be done. Why am I paying for water I cant use? I actually called and got an estimate to have a well drilled on my property today so I won't have to deal with them any more.
They seem to think dirty water isn't an issue. \Just let the water run until it's clear.\ No, Ramsey Water, how about you do YOUR job and fix the issue. Also, why am I paying .85 to make an online payment in 2018? This has to be the laziest, most incompetent utility company around (and that's saying a lot. I'd rather deal with Duke Energy and Time Warner all day long than make another phone call to these useless people.)
Horrible customer service. The office receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. The water is also brown way too often. It’s 2019 you would think we would have better water quality and service by now.
