My sister was shopping for a 2021 Ford explorer ST and went without me to the dealer she last used for her 2018 and the one before. Trying to be a loyal customer! Not surprisingly, they took advantage of her as a single woman like so many other dealerships and offered her a terrible deal and refused to budge. Even claiming they could get the exact vehicle she wanted. Which I found out was at Ray Price and with numbers way off of what she should have had! As a former car sales in BMW and Jeep, I’m happy to help my friends and family with their new purchase of lease so I reached out to Nick the GSM directly via phone and in 10 min, we had the deal she was happy with, we drove there, vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Anthony in finance was great and Jay was detailed in his walk through and it’s the vehicle new options. She signed her papers and drove home a happy customer! No games, no hassle. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I wouldn’t send anyone anywhere else! Thanks Ray Price Ford!
