Recently I was informed that I would be charged for a full delivery, even if I didn't need a full delivery. To make matters worse I received a letter stating that the price of a bottle of water is going up by 2.00 a bottle. Totally unacceptable. As soon as I can find another water delivery service, I will be cancelling my account.

I had ordered extra product on my last delivery and i did not get it. I inquired about it via email and NO RESPONSE. from anyone at all. I guess it is safe to assume from some of the reviews that i might have made a mistake by getting delivery service from thi company. I'll have to rethink this service before my next delivery before it goes on. This is only my second delivery.

Delivery driver picked up my used water bottles, took my dispenser, replaced nothing and left. Customer service won't do anything about it. This is unreal how bad they are.

Worst experience ever they will over charge u every month then refuse to refund and lie about fixing there mistake at one point I was charged 130.00 for 3 5 gallon jugs
