I brought in my laptop that wasn’t t working and it would shut off randomly. He was able to fix it and was very communicative in explaining what was wrong with it. He was very honest and helpful, which is rare to find here in Miami. I highly recommend him if you’re having any issues with your computer and his prices are fair.

I cannot say enough of Frank’s kindness and expertise !!! The day before my bar exam, my computer completely crashed. Frank was the only one there to help me when others turned me away or tried to take advantage of the emergency situation. He stayed until very late into the night working to resolve the problem and if it wasn’t for him I literally could not have taken the bar exam! I am here 2 days later and can tell you I finished the bar exam! My computer worked perfectly and seamlessly without a problem!!! I owe him so much ! Before I took it to him I went to geek squad who told me the wrong thing was wrong with it. Frank was able to diagnose the correct problem and with his expertise fixed the issue ! He is the absolute best! I will never go to anyone else with a computer problem! He is the best and truly the kindest man ! I’ve never seen someone do something like this where it was truly to help me. It was an emergency situation where I was expecting the worse and he gave me a miracle !!! Thank you so much!!!!

When my laptop suddenly died, Real Tec Media was the only place open. Frank quickly answered my call and was upfront about the standard diagnostics fee. I agreed and took my laptop to him. There, after trying different things, he gave me the bad news: my laptop was not salvageable but instead of recommending further diagnostic workup or needless repairs to charge more, he rather took time to give me advice on how to retrieve the data from my hard drive. He's profesional, pleasant, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him! Will definitely return for all my laptop repair needs.

Amazing customer service and very timely! Frank is open 7 days a week and has great rates. My macbook's hard drive failed and he replaced it with a new one and transferred my data within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Highly recommend this place.

I called for a quote on how much it would be to deep clean my pc and Frank told me straight up that it isn’t worth wasting money on that. He gave me tricks on how to clean it myself and told me what not to do so I don’t damage my hardware. Honestly if I didn’t call Frank, I would’ve done exactly what he said not to do and messed up my pc. Thank you Frank!!!

Let me tell ya, this man is built different. Super cool dude. Amazing work ethic and genuinely enjoys what he does. 10/10 would recommend. Im in the IT field and wasn't able to troubleshoot my pc cause of this weird issue. He got my PC running in under 36 hours (over a weekend). Bring it in here, it's worth every penny.

yooo. hands down the best repair shop around. well worth the price just cause of how professional Frank is. easy to get a hold of, very quick respondeing to call or text. and dude has that Gray V vibes. great guy. got my gaming pc upgarde build done in less than 24 hours. pc runs GREAT, cannot praise him enough. 100% recommend him. dont bother to shop around.
