Extremely disappointed!!! I went to find mi first dream home for me and my family. Thinking that I will find it here. The offered me a nice house that was already build and was release from the previous person. Ok that change the time that I was aspecting from 6 months to almost one #1. They contacted me with their bank, their home insurance and I was running with their time too #2. Its really tuff to get paperwork from ASUME(Child support from PR) and even worst in that short time with all offices close for covid. But well I know that there’s no reason for have that increase in the child support because I pays the debt that the same system was creating itself. At the end they denied me the loan for 159 American dollars a MONTH!!! Even knowing with proven evidence that that was not supposed to be the right amount of child support. So I was recommended to cancellation because with that 159 extra monthly payment I was Unable to pay the loan and they will keep the money. But they offered me another lot smaller for way more money instead, changing the interest and the value of the house even when I punch the price and the interest at the moment that I give them 5k to separate the home. They ask me for more money during the process as well. How could be possible that If I was tell that I cant pay the mortgage with the fake increase, they ask me to move to an expensier house? It was all a auction game. 159 dollars a month on a 315k house. They frustrated me so bad that Im not going to check for any house now or later. Extremely disappointed
