We use Reddi Services whenever we have a plumbing issue. This time it was a big one, and Don came out and did a very good job. He and his assistant made sure we weren’t left without plumbing more than a few hours-even though it was a major repair, and got everything done much earlier than we expected. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Reddi Services to fix my AC and on their first visit here, they said that my current unit was broken and I would need to replace it. I agreed to let them replace my AC unit which cost 8,200 only for the unit not to work. Reddi never even checked to see if there was electrical issue before telling me that I needed a new unit. I feel as if they would have checked the electrical first, then I wouldn't have had to pay 8.2k, and I also wouldn't be in this position to start. Reddi claimed that it was an electrical issue, and that I must have an electrician come out. I hired (Bob Hamilton) and when I paid for an electrician to come out, and they said that Reddi damaged all of the wires. The electrician said that the unit requires 25 amps and what we have only goes up to 20 amps. Long story short, Reddi told me that I needed a new AC unit when I did not, and then the unit they put in my house still does not work. Now I am out 8,200 and my house is 86 degrees.
We have used Reddi Services for several years now. They installed a complete HVAC system for us in 2011 and they are now our go-to company for all our associated needs. What I appreciate is the fact you see the same faces for all jobs and service calls. You feel like you have your own dedicated team of concerned and caring technicians assigned to you. We had an especially challenging job they tackled for us last year and it came off flawlessly. No matter the challenge or difficulty, they will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction! We had a service call just a few days ago and again a familiar face showed up, Vince. He remembered working on the above-mentioned project and I expressed how much I loved the results. We had a small job associated with that project that we wanted done, not a part of our service call and Vince went out of his way to take care of it for us! He went to get the supplies needed for the job and took the extra time needed to finish it. We were so pleased to get that done and it wasn't even requested at the time of the service call, just something that came to mind while Vince was here...and he accommodated our request! Matthew, Greg and Diego replaced our furnace and water heater. Prior to work being done, we were provided with a written estimate and explanation of the work to be done, how it would re-mediate condensation problem and suggestions for replacement equipment grades and price points. The replacement process was expedient, organized and professional. The process took about 4 1/2 hours. The weather that day was mild, so there was no urgency related to the lack of a furnace for a few hours. I have kept the furnace and water heat area open and uncluttered. This allowed the work to be completed expeditiously as well. The team of Matthew, Greg and Diego were professional, prepared and courteous. I would recommend Reddi Services to anyone.
We have used Reddi Services a few times since becoming homeowners last year. Every time has been fantastic. Jesse was able to make it to our house day of and replaced our broken faucet within an hour! Jesse was kind and professional. We’ll continue to use Reddi Services for any future needs!
