This was our first time on an Acura dealership lot. We had spent most of our time browsing at Dodge and Honda, but we bought an Acura on the spot when we arrived. Brandon was very helpful from the beginning test drive experience, all the way until the purchase and deal was complete. He even provided his cell phone to ensure that we were satisfied. Since we bought a 2020 Acura MDX late at night, we returned back to get the car detailed. Ken, the manager, and Brandon were both very helpful again, offering water, and picking me up in the golf cart. Pedro the finance guy was super helpful and easy to work with as well. They were great from start to finish. Troy got us the car we wanted in 24 hours. He is amazing. Ken did awesome in Making sure we were comfortable with our payments and price. Other than their systems crashing 3 times and caused us to wait more than i would care to be in a dealer everything else was great. Nothing but the greatest experience ever! I’ve purchased a few used cars from Regal before and hated the experiences. I thought I’d never buy another car from them but I gave them one more chance and it was truly the greatest! Austin my salesman was truly amazing!
