What Pool

I am looking for a new SUV but am taking my time and doing a bunch of research. I contacted Reliable and had the distinct pleasure of talking to Delia about their Rogue. I learned a lot about the vehicle and, importantly to me, I felt heard and respected. No high pressure sales tactics ... just useful information provided in a professional and friendly manner. I still have some research to do ... but I know I will be working with Delia again. Thanks!!!!!

I recently purchased a beautiful 2017 Lexus RC 350 F-Sport with Hector Garcia at Reliable Nissan. My experience was AWESOME! He was not only professional, but very knowledgeable, patient, & he made sure to take care of any & all our needs/concerns. I have done business w/Reliable Nissan in the past, and I will definitely continue to do so in the future!

I tried to purchase a truck listed in the online posting. When requesting pictures it took Vicente a few days and I kept getting the run-around. Eventually, he sent me a link to a listing with a video and the truck was relisted for 1,000 more! When confronted he stated that he knew nothing about it but would honor the original price (he amazingly seemed to know what the original price was). He then sent me a sheet with additional junk fees. Again, we discussed it and after \talking with his manager\ he finally got them removed. Now the problem was that they were charging tax on the entire amount even though I was trading in a vehicle. They claimed not to know about trade-in tax credit which means they were just flat out lying and trying to cheat me out of a few thousand dollars. Again, he had to eview with his manager\ and at this point I realized that they were pretty much going to do everything possible to try to cheat me on this deal. On the next go around the vehicle I was looking at was now sold but Vicente would be glad to help me get a new one if I wanted. At this point it became obvious that this dealership would pretty much lie, cheat and do anything possible to scam me out of a few hundred or thousand dollars. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer and going pretty much anywhere else.

The scheduling was good with reminders even though it took over 2 weeks to schedule. The gentleman at the desk was very polite, efficient and helpful with a few things I needed to learn about with my new car. The scheduled oil change and unscheduled recall took an hour and a half, which was longer than I anticipated for something that was scheduled. The waiting room was with the big TV and very nice considering it's covid.
