I was very pleased with the service I received from Renaissance Pools. I was given sound feedback about where to place my fiberglass pool, and I really enjoyed selecting the beautiful tiles and patio stones that were available from their showroom. When I requested extras (because of my properties high ground water), the workers were able to accomplish the tasks in a timely and efficient manner. I was able to get hold of the company's staff when I had questions and was always treated cordially. I recommend Renaissance Pools highly.

We've had our pool going on 2 years and it's already needed to be repaired twice for faulty installation. The first issue was a pipe that was installed damaged, causing a water leak. The second is an incorrect lighting install. The pool has been leaking into the lights causing them to malfunction. They turn on and off by themselves and don't turn on when I want them on. The install was a nightmare process that took significantly longer than promised. Constantly had to follow up. I do not recommend this company.

We have never owned a pool before and didn’t know anything about pools. Holly came to our home and explained everything and answered all our questions. We decided on a fiberglass pool so that we would have less maintenance in the future and also a salt water system. We are absolutely delighted with our pool. Everything was done with a minimum of fuss and disturbance to us. Everyone was very professional and our yard was cleaned up when the pool was finished. We would highly recommend Renaissance Pools to anyone looking to have a trouble free pool installation. My property was damaged twice by Renaissance during the process. No compensation was offered for the damage and degraded resale value of my home. On the second strike on the house by their equipment, their staff actually tried to conceal the damage. We discovered it the next day. The owner, Jeff, even confronted us one day for recording the process on our own property. We caught non-licensed staff attempting to repair the roof. This is in violation of Florida law. We spent nearly 50,000 on the job. The plaster job is good, but that was performed by a sub-contractor.

Never got past the design stage. The two women were unbelievably unorganized, had nothing ready at our appointment - even though they knew exactly what they wanted - and had their kids running all over the place at the appointment. When I asked for a revised drawing after the appointment I had to ask TWICE, then finally never got a final response from them. I would never hire the company based on the designers and now looking at all these previous reviews I thank my lucky stars we didn't hire them. Look elsewhere for a pool company, do not be fooled.

If I could go back in time I would have chosen any other pool company. ***Update after the response posted. The response included the word “misunderstandings” as if they were somehow a communication issue. When you build the pool in the wrong place that is not a misunderstanding. When you build the pool higher on one side that is not a misunderstanding. I could go on and on about the problems which were pointed out to the owner throughout the process but I just don’t have that kind of time. No discount was offered. Sloppy work. It took twice the time that was originally projected. It was completed last year and we already have issues . Do yourself a favor and choose any other company.

Please do not use this company. Renaissance does not care about the customer nor any concerns. I could write a book of how many problems I had with them. They make everything look perfect on their dumb big screen in their showroom. Once they get the job be prepared for damage to your property. It’s like the blind leading the blind. You will have to literally be a foreman during this horrible process. They forget things constantly. They damaged the exterior of the house with equipment. Sloppy finish work. I have pavers that look like a kindergartener cut. I have plaster splats on the coping and the house. Jeff the owner could care less about your concerns. I upgraded to glass tile and it’s chipped in two places. I don’t want it replaced because of their careless work and the mess. I asked for some type of compensation and his response was he’d give me ONE bag of salt. .
