I didn't have any work done with this company but it's crazy, it seems like they don't want money or my business. I called and scheduled an appointment, I took time off of work same with my wife so that we could be there, we had an appointment set for 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Armondo did not show up. I called and left a message and the receptionist called me back the next day and left a voicemail saying that they want to talk to me about my missed appointment but no apology. I called them right back and they didn't answer, I left him another detailed message and they never got back to me. I'm just putting this out there because if they are doing that with appointments imagine if they start the job and don't get back to people, something to think about.

He used refurbished pump motors, which was discovered a year later. Used a 1/2 hp motor instead of 3/4 hp needed to run the pool cleaner. The entire 'cool deck' peeled off in 1 year. 2,000 to replace. Concrete cracked around pool.

Worse company ever, warning don’t use them!!! The employees were caught on camera drinking, teasing my dogs and urinating in my back yard. Took two months longer than I was told, steps aren’t to code, decking already cracking and haven’t had it more than 6 months. Pressure is low they won’t come check it, plants are dead cause irrigation was cut, tore up all kinds of landscaping cause to lazy to put plywood down. Everything they say there is no warranty. Who wants to spend 30,000 and have no warranty or company to back their product up. Again you have been warned they are bad

I have been very happy with the service I received! The owner, Armando, traveled to Roswell to reline our vinyl pool. Our old vinyl liner needed to be removed and the new vinyl installed. He was able to work with the existing sides by putting foam over the rusted metal parts. I know this was more difficult. He replaced our pump, filter, and heater (and he had to replace the existing gas line). Part of the vinyl did come off the track, but he was here to fix that in a timely fashion. He doesn’t do winterizing or opening the pool in the spring, but Myra, the nice receptionist, gave me an excellent reference. I would highly recommend A1 Pools for your vinyl pool!

My pool was put in eleven years ago. It was his first infinity edge pool. He put a dent in my fence with his trucks, which he paid for! He also did not level the edge, which made our water flow uneven. I've called him out several times...all no show!!! The pool is OK but the fact that I AM a plumber by trade makes it easier. Be careful!
