Enrique was great! He and his colleague were on time, found the leak quickly, fixed my pipes and cleaned up. They answered all my questions and even took pictures for my ins. The person I scheduled with on the phone was also great, she was so nice and gave me a reasonable timeline. Prices were also reasonable.

So I had a Etneral tankless water heater (Junk Brand) go out all of a sudden and couldn’t get anyone to come out and look at it everyone just wanted to give crazy prices over the phone. I called Elisha at Texas Plumbing Solutions and they knew I didn’t have hot water for the family so knowing that he moved some things around and fit us in first thing the next morning. Story short he replaced our pos old unit with a new better brand for cheaper then the other companies wanted just to look at the old unit. Unit is replaced/wife and kids are happy. My technician Jose was great! He showed up in mask and shoe coverings, and quickly got to work. He was very friendly and kept me informed through out the service call. I would definitely call them again!
I called Texas Plumbing Solutions to get a quote for a new sink/faucet/garage disposal installation. I was immediately provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled service. Joe Annunziato was the plumber who came to do the work and did an exceptional job. He was ten minutes early and had the old sink pulled out, new hardware installed and everything all done within an hour and a half. Great service all around and I'll be using Texas Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
The technician was on time, did a good job of replacing my tub, and was very friendly. We talked about tool brands and he tested the tub to make sure everything was ok before leaving.
