Truth be known I have no interest whatever in low rating and slandering anyone and trying to cause harm to a business establishment even though I am very inconvenienced in trying to find a solution to my problem. A much better result for me would have been us continuing to do a great business together and have a great relationship, one that when asked I could say hands down! Been with them for years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Saddens me, really. Our facilities are so close together and that's absolute gold in this business.now I'm having to consider driving over an hour away to get my ada van serviced. I use it to provide transportation to a 175 acre retirement and assisted living facility and have no other choice. We purchased the van from mobility works, but for some reason they have gotten to where they pretty much let us know that our business annoys them or something. I don't understand why. We dedicate our business to them, pay the same as everyone else, we are a well established and very friendly,well liked part of the community, but they for some reason act like they hate to see us coming. Sad really.

Beware of purchasing a vehicle from MobilityWorks. We have been waiting well over three months to receive our paperwork (registration, title, receipt, etc.). We have been getting the runaround by these people. We were told the paperwork, etc. was in hand and that they were going to overnight it to us; however...LIES after LIES after LIES. Paperwork, etc. still not in our hands. BEWARE!
Do Not use this company! They have the worst customer service and lie to get you in the door! Use any other company and save yourself so much headache!
