When you are a long term customer the question is not why do you leave it is why did you start looking for a new service company. We had been a CFE customer for 10 years. The service level and prices became such that we felt it necessary to depart. It isn't the price you pay for service, it is the fact you need to pay for 2 trips. You have your only truck down and the repair guys is always going to be here in 20 minutes. 5 hours latter he shows up. CFE was a good company. I am sorry things have gotten so bad. I am a very disappointed former customer. I hope they get good again. I will not be back.
