We had a challenge! 20 LED troffler lights and it requires a higher wattage dimmer to carry the load so it won't flicker. They knew exactly what I was talking about, figured up the wattage . Got me the item,I ordered it,and I'll get it tomorrow! Six electricians had no clue about the wattage we needed. It's new technology and Grainger knew it! This is why I go to Grainger !

Beyond merely processing my order on time, this team goes above and beyond in customer care. My truck broke down in their parking lot and we thought it ran out of gas. They brought me gas and when that didn't work, they helped me troubleshoot while II awaited a tow truck. Plus, their COVID practices were the Best I've seen. A kudos to this entire team!
