Great repair and excellent customer service by Yossi! My 6 year old Zacconi Espresso Baby lever machine purchased from Christopher at Thomas Cara in SF (no more) developed a leak from the group head when the lever was down and could not build pressure. Reached out to Yossi via email and received an immediate response and coordinated drop off at his Richmond shop. Quote was for 321 for: Service Complete tune up: Take machine apart, remove group head assembly, Remove steam valve, and deep clean. Replace group head gasket kit steam valve gaskets and install everything back and test for leaks. Parts New OEM group gasket kit Parts New OEM steam valve gasket kit Approved and turn around time for repair was 2 weeks. Got lucky since he had had another Zacconi in and had ordered multiple parts so didn't have to wait the 6 weeks for parts from Italy. Communication throughout the whole repair was excellent and Yossi was flexible on pickup accommodating a weekend pick-up. My \Baby\ is restored to its amazing self. Yossi includes photos and video of the process which is helpful. 100% recommend!!!
Wanting to help out a friend who is afraid to venture out during the pandemic because of her underlying conditions, I offered to find a repair shop for her espresso machine. I figured if she can have quality coffee at home again, life would be just a bit less miserable. My husband found OZ Espresso online and I called to get some info, expecting a long wait for an appointment and longer repair lead time. Boy, was I wrong. Yossi was super accommodating and offered to try and fix the machine on the spot this morning. I couldn't believe it. He went right to work on it, offered me an espresso (naturally) while I waited and kept up a lively and very interesting conversation. I'm not sure if I was there for 20 minutes or more than an hour but the time flew by and I had the espresso machine back to my friend's house in no time. Thank you, Yossi. You made my morning and my friend is over the moon!
Yossi did an amazing job on my machine and it's pulling shots just like new. Amazing service!
Yossi did a great job of getting my 40 year old La Pavoni back up and running. He made a video of him using my machine to show me how to operate it. It really helped when I fired it up the first time. I could not be more happy. Cheers
