We had a great experience here ! Very welcoming ! They worked miracles to get us in the right car. I felt like they cared for our son's safety and didn't want to put us in just any car. Our son has high functioning autism and situations like car shopping can be difficult, their customer services was very kind and understanding. The staff was very helpful to try and get us quickly out the door and in to our new car. We will definitely be coming back for future car purchases.

Our salesman Aaron is a great guy. Our issues were NOT his fault or anything he had control over!!! we called to make sure the (used) truck we wanted to look at was there and it was, we drove 100 miles and yes it was out and ready to be looked at and driven so we did. We decided to buy the truck. Keep in mind, I put a large amount of miles on a truck and purchase trucks either every year or every other year. This particular truck was for my son and we (his parents) where going to help him buy his first truck on his own. After we told our salesman we wanted the truck we sat in the dealer ship for 3.5 hrs before we even saw any numbers. Unbelievable!! I told the sales manager up front what I wanted for my trade and what my son could pay and some of that went unheard! Over all, dealership gets a low rating due to appearance and professionalism. And 435 doc fees is a ripoff!! Never have I paid that much and I had just bought me a truck a couple days before this and the doc fee was 150!!! Now we have had the truck for a little over a week and the check engine light is on. I think I’ll just fix my self than even attempt to deal with them again.

The entire staff was courteous & knowledgeable. David Johnson kept me informed & up to date on the progress of my vehicles services. I was also informed about another issue that was found & that needed to be taken care of & I was given the choice to decide if I wanted the service performed or not. I needed a tire that wasn’t in stock but they quickly got it delivered & mounted. They were just great all around.
