Flew from Seattle to take delivery on equipment. The equipment is used so understanding that Andy, Robert,and Barbara have extended every courtesy to make sure all is right with the purchase. I have never ever in 25 years of operation seen anyone do as much as I have seen to please a customer. Literally would come here first for any equipment needs. You cannot make a better choice. I cannot begin to say how much they have done to make a satisfied customer. I will definitely purchase from Rio's again. Proud to be part of the family.

We purchased a pump a few months ago. We didn't get to inspect it but we were told that they had it running that day. They told us it had been completely rebuilt and had new tires on it. These were all lies. This pump isn't even the same one we bought. It showed up with all kinds of issues. Our mechanic is still working on it. Do not buy anything from these crooks.
