For flatbed the crane operator is very slow and hi take his sweetest time. Every one is back to work after the 15 min brake hi took 25-30 min 45 min later hi start unloading me. I'm that guy who stay in his truck I like to help and try to make the transaction smooth but this place..... Then lorenzo showed up. Hi was nice fast and hard worker.

Forklift operators are all nice, but some loads are over height, guy in the office tells the broker either they run the load or they leave. Keep the racks, I’m not taking a ticket or risking hitting bridge to please a customer.
