We stayed at River Place Condos 3/31- 4/3 in number 111, 3 bedrooms. The unit had beautiful updates, appliances included. Nicely decorated.There was a washer/dryer, plenty of dishes to make whatever you wanted, including cake! The beds were comfy. Close to the strip in Pigeon Forge. The 1 issue we had with water draining was corrected within minutes of us notifying the staff. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at River Place Condos! It exceeded our expectations, location was great, the condo was clean and comfortable. The only negative I would say is when we arrived at 2pm I called to tell them we are in the area, was told the condo would not be ready until maybe between 3pm - 4pm...no problem, we will get dinner. They said we will call. Waited and no call...I called at 4:30pm and was told it was finally ready. Only recommendation would be add new silverware (only 3 forks and 4 spoons), sheet set for fold out couch and master bathroom needs exhaust fan fixed. The balcony was beautiful and over looked the River. I would definitely book this condo again!
We love River Place Condos! This was our 2nd time staying here. The first time we had a 3 bedroom and it was great for my whole family. This time it was just me and my hubby. We had a 1 bedroom and it was awesome. I love how big the Jacuzzis are and that they are in the master bath. The river behind the condo is beautiful I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks. You can not see the river as well from the 3 bedroom units.
It's a great location and very spacious but we had a couple hiccups. The maintenance man Steve was very kind and helpful! The unit was not ready when we arrived so we dropped our stuff and left for a few hours. The second night one of the bed frames broke and we had to fix it enough to sleep since it was so late already. Very nice unit and fully equipped.

Family getaway during COVID-19. Contact free process helped family peace of mind. Location a block away from strip so we was able to walk to a lot of things. Condos are beautiful and felt like home.........this place is our home away from home!!!
Great location in walking distance of the strip, easy access to and from the strip if driving. Teenagers enjoyed the space. Great balcony peaceful facing the river even in the rain. I would recommend a stay here.
Room was nice and very clean. However, completely shutting down the office because of COVID was overkill. The only communication I could make is as through the booking app. Make everyone wear a mask and limit the number of ppl in the office. Also, there was a loud sound of a water pipe rattling in the middle of the night that kept my wife awake. Also, visitors bring a noisemaker - the ducks will keep you awake too!
