Placed my RV motorhome on their lot less than 1 month ago. Was pretty skeptic at first due to its appearance and minimal cameras and their views. Kinda more like a junk lot with many broken down cars. 4 days ago, went to put some items inside and started engine due to cold weather. After starting, exhaust was real.loud so I went under to see, and found someone cut off 1 of 2 catalytic converters. Called office on weekend with no return call. Called on Monday and people said the would check cameras. Never heard back after 3 days. Their insurance does not cover. Front gate sign states "high tech security cameras in use. Long story short, they offered nothing in return or even seemed to care. Looking at a 1600 repair. I would not recommend due to poor security, easy access to climb fence (brush and trees all around) and staff not very responsive nor concerned. Took my RV out of there same day before thieves come back to take off the second one.

New owner has done a great job on improving the entire property. Security cameras, lighting, getting rid of old items, etc.
Great management and wonderful to do business with!
