My wife and I were very pleased with our car buying experience. We visited the dealership twice. On our first day we drove around the lot and looked for specific models that we had researched. Mike come out into the cold and introduced himself and helped us find the models in which we were interested. He also showed us some other cars and shared important aspects of the vehicles. He was very courteous, engaging and did not pressure us about deciding on a vehicle. After a few days of discussing the make and model of the cars and the experience of working with the salesman, we called the dealership and asked if Mike was available to answer further questions . We revisited the dealership. We met with Mike and after conversation and a test drive, decided on a car. The purchase of the car involved the larger team, who were also cordial and efficient. In a short while we left our old car at the dealership and happily drove home in a new cayenne orange vehicle.

I had called Daryl to make an appointment to get an oil change. Daryl is always super personable, the face of true customer service. He got me in the same day. As I waited for my car to be serviced, Daryl stop by to let me know the work would be finished soon. Always with a smile. He came back shortly after to bring me the invoice and wish me a good day. Daryl has a very positive attitude and personality. Great guy.

On Tuesday I brought my Equinox in for regular check-up. As usual, Matt and the Service Techs and Helen (when I paid for the service) were wonderful. Very professional, friendly and efficient. I had an 8am appointment and was on my way by 9:10.
