We have been using Next Level for many years. I would say they have always been professional, completed work extremely fast and the quality is second to none. I typically don't write reviews but I see that there were a few bad reviews and was compelled to write one. I am not sure who they were writing about but it definitely was not this company.

I brought an heirloom Baptism gown to have a name and date embroidered on it. It has been done for each person who wore the gown. I asked them to match the previous names and showed them where to do the embroidery (right next to the other names - they are all lined up). They weren't at their shop when I was ready to pick it up so they left it at a nearby store and told me there would be no charge. When I got the gown, I saw why. It was not lined up at all! It was further out and higher than the other names. It had a thick backing, which none of the other names had and which showed through the fabric making it look even worse. Part of the name was fraying already, with a thread coming out so that letter could not be read easily, and there was a brown spot in the embroidery as well which again made a letter in the name hard to read. It looks absolutely terrible and had my wife in tears as this was a family heirloom that was to be passed down to future generations! I have tried unsuccessfully to reach the owner, James, several times to see if there is any hope of removing the embroidery and backing and still saving the dress, though that is highly doubtful because of the delicate fabric. I have not heard back from him at all.

Incredible service and detail. Father and son owned. They walked me through from start to finish on quite a bit or signage i needed done in a rather short period of time. I had no graphics or images, just ideas. James carefully pieced together what was in my head and brought it all to life. Im not sure what these negative reviews are about or if they are true.
