If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT go to this doctor. They will make you wait over 2 hours with a baby! Absolutely the worst medical facility I have ever been to and will never go back!

Incompetent staff could not even bill the correct insurance. Sent our visit bill to the wrong address and sent our bill to collections without so much as a call also this place was dirty and we have not been back and we will not go back especially after this billing error

I actually liked Riverwalk pediatrics until all this covid 19 stuff happened. My son had a sore throat i took him in to doc. Owed 90 past due balance, which I have been taking my son there since he was born & now is turning 5 soon. Didn't have the money to pay past due balance & they denied seeing him. They would of rather seen me & my son in a hospital filled with covid 19. So as soon as this is all over, definitely changing doctor offices. Not to mention lady at desk was extremely rude.

Their rude staff forgets to put the room sign up for doctor. No doctor shows up until you ask for how long the wait will be? This place is a joke. Bringing little one here is a challenge. Children get agitated with wait. Whenever I go there, we wait for more that an hour in the patient room.

I have been bringing my daughter here for 4 years. At first they were great. Staff was friendly and wait times were not long. Now the front desk staff is a nightmare! I love her pediatrician she sees her (Dr. Veloso or the NP Prather.) They need to hire better front office staff that actually knows what they are doing and that have far better customer service skill.
