Very professional experience, very clean facility, the staff very well trained and knowledgeable. Nursing staff and CNA''s very caring and understanding of the different medical conditions on my father. My father was under the Riviera's care since July 2020. I specifically wants to thanks Enrique Cateriano \Kike\ for all his professionalism, dedication, knowledge and caring of all patients. He was always ready to assist in anyway possible for my father's care, no matter the time or day. THANKS AND GOD BLESSED

Excellent! I’ve been to many of these facilities to visit friends and family members and this one has been the best. I was amazed at the cleanness and elegance of the facility. The staff was also professional and polite. They also have great security for the patients.
My father stayed at Riviera for 3 weeks. The place it's kept very very cleaned, the nurses are very attentive and kind. The entire nursing staff, including Social Worker Ines Romero went out of their way to help us understand everything and accommodate us when necessary. The procedures they have in place for COVID19 are outstanding. I know that it sucks to have to go thru a class before you can visit your loved one but, believe me; it's necessary and worth it. You want to make sure your loved one it's not going to catch COVID19 while in rehab. Thank you again to all the staff at Riviera for such a great experience. God bless you all.

I am happy to hear that people have had good experiences here, but I have to say it has been a nightmare for my 82 year old mother. She has cancer and is constantly in pain. She has been there for two weeks and seen a Dr. Garcia all of ONCE. Her showers are cold and while there are aids everywhere she feels uncared for. I don’t know if it’s because she’s older, or she’s demanding... but unless you can locally advocate for you loved one here, I wouldn’t do it. I am in New Jersey, but m Aunt is a wonderful advocate, still it doesn’t seem to get better. I’m saddened and lose sleep knowing my mother is in pain. In a world where no one should suffer with so many pain relief options... this experience is heartbreaking.
