I contacted Mr. Jackson for a property survey and to spot placement of a pool for me. He called me back with in 24 hrs. With in 2 days was on site and finished up in about a week. Very professional and entertained all of my question. I will definitely use him again for any future projects.

We had a very disappointing experience with this land surveyor. Unable to locate a survey of our property we asked Mr. Jackson to survey the property and then, perhaps, aid us in storm water runoff problems. We paid one-half of his fee up front, the rest due upon completion. Mr. Jackson repeatedly resisted giving us a completion date. Our property had been surveyed before and belonged to my parents. One boundary is a state road, another is an established and mapped creek, and a third abuts a neighbor and the previous survey stakes were found. Only a small tail portion was in question. After nearly three months passed and after several phone calls I left a message for Mr Jackson asking if there was a problem of which we were not aware or if he had decided not to complete the job and for him to please let us know. The weekend passed and then we received a voice message from Mr. Jackson stating that he was not going to do the survey, he would return our deposit, and we could \get another huckleberry\ to do the survey. We were stunned and had no idea what \another huckleberry\ meant. He came to our home the next afternoon, rapped loudly at the door, and, without a word, shoved an envelope with our deposit into my hand, stormed off the porch, and drove away. I was very upset and shocked. We are not used to such unprofessional, dismissive, rude, and uncivil treatment and would not recommend this person to anyone seeking surveying/engineering services.

I do not recommend this guy for service. He makes broken promises on when he is going to show up. I was told several times he was coming and he never showed up. I have called several times and got a \im going to get ur stuff this day or this day and ill call u back\ we recieved no calls. He doesnt keep his word. DO NOT GET!!
