3 stars because my vehicle was not repaired within the promised time frame. I realize that the dealership said that the parts were delayed but nobody even contacted me to let me know that Wes the case. I only found out when I called and this happened twice. Also when I went to pick up my car the employee that waited on me first was not very friendly.

Unfortunately, there are no Mitsubishi dealerships in Buffalo so I had to make the drive out to Rochester. I ended up having to make 2 separate appointments as the part my car needed had to be ordered. That being said, Mark and the service department were kind and courteous both times. Service was completed quicker than the estimated time.

Everyone was super nice! Gary who took care of me in the service department was fabulous! He and the tech there really know their stuff!!! It is so nice to go to get my car worked on and the people KNOW my car, my model and all its in and outs! I will be back, even though I have to drive an hour, it's worth it!!! Thank you Cortese for having great and knowledgeable people!!!!!
