I’m very pleased with the care I receive from Dr Carbone. He is very pleasant, likes to engage. He is normal people, tells it like is and is informative.The staff and office are lovely. Dr Carbone has a great manner, it’s like not even going to the doctor at all. Relaxed but professional. Like I told him in the office: he’s awesome!
I had a good experience with Dr. Carbone. I had very bad heel pain / plantar fasciitis when I went to see him in September. I followed the course of treatment and noticed improvement at every stage. Dr. Carbone has lots of experience in the field, and knew what needed to be done at every step of the process. I'm currently in the middle of the custom orthotic stage, and have no foot pain when I wear the orthotic. I'm very optimistic for a full recovery, without surgery. I would recommend Dr. Carbone to anyone dealing with foot pain.
Rochester Footcare Assoc was a second opinion for my chronic foot pain. I was immensely pleased with their care, diagnostics, follow up and overall concern for me as their patient. I'm earnestly a loyal client going forward -- however I hope to never see them again! They made me whole and healthy!
I just recently had an appointment with Dr. Joe Carbone. My last appointment with him was over six years ago. Dr. Carbone gave me a plan for my feet and it is working out great. Joe is the one doctor I look forward to visiting. I would highly recommend Dr. Carbone
