When I walked in I saw small brown haired woman disrespecting a customer that was looking for an item on hold. When I approached the counter she blatantly ignored me. I was just looking for a louis vuitton purse for my wife. After waiting for some time I just left. Please fire this lady because she really seems like she has no business working with apparel.

I came to the store the other day and as I walked in I was not greeted or notice and that to me was very poor customer service then a woman of fair skin came in after me and she greeted her right away I walked out don’t shop here if your africanamerican the look at black people as if the steal

The two employees were nice. However, when I was told that I can ask for any price I desire, they still will give you whatever they want for the items.. that’s when I raised a brow. I wanted to sell my 1980.00 Gucci bag and 600.00 Tory Burch bag. In which I only had for a year. My husband purchased me two new gucci bags and I didn’t want them sitting my closet. Then again, I was hesitant about letting them go because they were perfect condition bags, and just might wear it again. They gave me a offer of 32.00! For Tory and 400.00 for the Gucci! Are they insane! I wouldn’t sell them to a family member for that price. That is blasphemy! The reason is for a pen mark on the inside of one, really?... In one of there locations they have a YSL wallet with the ‘S’ missing. How dare they even put that on the sales floor?. I see exactly what they do. They offer pennies for your merchandise and put it on the sales for 70% more than what they offered you. Sad. For what they charge, I’ll purchase it new in the store. I am happy to pick up my items today!
I went in to look for a Birthday gift for myself and came out with another Gucci to add to my collection priced well in great shape very clean Lisa was a wonderful help to me and put me in the book so I can be called when my item arrives we also share the month of December as our birthdays now how would i have known that if thisi wonderful woman didn't provide me with wonderful customer service Happy Birthday Lisa
I can not seem to find the google listing for CT bridgewater location so i will leave my review here as it is all the same company. I visited bridgewater NJ couture traders location and Madelyn assisted me in the process to sell my bags. She was wonderful from when i called before i came in and when i showed up she was kind and helpful. Madelyn gets a 5 star. Couture traders i give 4 stars due to the very low price they offered for my Bottega and LV bags, i understand market value but was disappointed. The bridgewater store has many beautiful bags for sale so i will be back to buy but not to sell. Over all 5 stars.
This is an awesome place, they gave me a great offer for a bag, no doubt about this place if you want to get a good deal.Great costumer service!
