I went to Lowe in Rockingham NC in the evening( between 5 or 6 pm) to shop there on Monday, Feb. 8. One person asked me if she can help me when I was getting a mailbox but I was ok because it wasn't very heavy but when I went into lawn and gardening section of the store, about 4 or 5 young caucasian employees were just hanging around and none of them offered to help me put the heavy 15 iron post in my cart they were all congregated together just having a conversation with each other and one girl was on the tow machine pretending she was going to run over a fellow employee over by stop and starting the machine as she moved forward towards him. I just left and got out of the way in case she made a mistake and ran me over because I was a little ways in front of the employee she was pretending to run over with the tow machine. I was very disappointed because I did not receive good customer service which I was use receiving at Lowes. I was looking also for help to put my 15 green iron fence post in my van. But I didn't.

Some Lowe’s Rockingham employees are helpful, some aren’t. PORTIA in the PAINT section went out of her way to help me last week when I was searching for an item. She was pleasant, courteous, happy, and didn’t leave me until she found what I needed. She is an excellent representative for that store and in my opinion, she deserves a promotion and a raise. THANK YOU PORTIA!
