Completely satisfied!! Ms. Estella, Raul and Robert Dillion along with all the other staff was absolutely AWESOME!!! Robert helped me and my family get into a beautiful manufactured home and the process was seamless. He was professional, thorough, down to earth, kind, funny and always on top of everything just simply amazing!!! He didn't have a sales pitch he had a heart for people. I shopped around other companies but American was the best in price, professionalism, customer service, financing resources and people who just really care! Ms. Estella was a ROCK STAR she assisted us with all the make ready stuff along with Raul after the walk through inspections, etc. She went over and beyond to make sure our home was perfect and that we were truly taking care of. We just loved Ms. Estella!!! Me and my family was truly blessed to find this company online. We will forever be grateful how they handled us with care... we just love our beautiful Clayton Flex home and Tru Wonder! Thank you!!!

I bought my house from here 3 years ago and I'm a currently a sales person here and what I can say bout my experience at American homes is that the work environment and the customer service are both great! I worked at other dealers and I can say that the customer service and work environment are not any where near American Homes
I just want to start by saying if I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I were looking for a home and I am so thankful American Homes was recommended to us by a friend. I went to look at their homes by myself thinking I would check them out then have my husband take a look if I found something I thought would fit our needs and I went on a day they would normally be closed however, Mickey was there to meet me. When I walked up I instantly found the home of my dreams and bought on the spot even though I was not ready for the home to be delivered Mickey was gracious enough to hold it and even helped us find someone to demo our old home and make everything ready for the new home. This company goes above and beyond with all of your needs and their prices cannot be beat. Once the home was delivered Estella and her team were very thorough and quick to respond to any issues. Estella has been so helpful and diligent on making sure everything is perfect. I can never say enough about everyone at this company. I have never had such a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I talk to. Thanks Mickey and Estella for all you do. We couldn't be happier. There is one thing I forgot originally and that is the prices American Homes has for their wonderful homes cannot be beat. Believe me I've been looking for over a year and they have the best of EVERYTHING.
Loved it here!!! Mr. Raul Zuazua helped us with our process. He helped us with all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything. Bones for us was that he knew Spanish specially because we mainly spoke Spanish. Once we where done with all the paperwork process and the house came to us Mrs. Estela Moore help us with the rest. She made sure that everything in our home was working and if we needed anything she was just a call away. But for real I loved working with everyone here. If Mr. Raul and Mrs. Estela weren’t available everyone else would help us out. Love them here.
This was a great experience! I had no idea what to expect, other than to ask a few questions and see where we would go from there. We met with Robert Dillon and had our whole crew of kids with us. He was very patient and took the time to help us understand the entire process. We even were able to tour three of the homes and it truly helped us think through this next step.
